Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes liability.

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delivery failures

All items ship at the buyer’s risk once they are accepted by the carrier.

We only ship within the United States.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy includes:

  • 15-day return window after both purchase and delivery are completed

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • Customer covers return shipping costs

  • Refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee

  • Custom putters: no returns, exchanges, or cancellations

  • Sale items: final sale

  • Apparel: exchanges permitted when inventory allows

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
