Thank you for shopping with King COVY Golf Club LLC. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing Time
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
Custom products (if added in the future) may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders through:

UPS
This applies to all domestic shipments.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

The weight of the items

The customer’s delivery address
We also offer:

Free shipping on orders over $250 (before tax)
4. Packaging & Special Item Handling

Pre-owned clubs, one-of-one items, and custom gear (if applicable) may ship in specialized or reinforced packaging for protection.

To reduce waste, we may reuse clean, structurally secure packaging materials when appropriate.
5. Shipping Insurance
We do not include shipping insurance by default.
All shipments are uninsured, unless the customer independently adds third-party protection (if available when offered by UPS).
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships:

You will receive a tracking email with your UPS tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is scanned by UPS.
7. Signature Confirmation
We do not require signature confirmation for deliveries, including higher-value items such as custom putters.
8. Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages)
Once your package is handed to UPS, King COVY Golf Club LLC is not responsible for:

Lost shipments

Stolen packages
-
Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Delays or failures by UPS

Packages damaged during transit
If an issue occurs during shipping, customers must file a claim directly with UPS.
We will assist with documentation if needed.
9. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to United States addresses only.
We do not ship to:

PO Boxes
-
APO/FPO addresses
-
International destinations
Orders placed using restricted address types will be canceled or the customer may be contacted to provide an alternate address.
10. Local Pickup (Chicago, IL)
We offer local pickup in Chicago.
After placing an order, customers can contact us at kingcovygolfclub@gmail.com to coordinate pickup time and location details.
11. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to:

An incorrect address
-
Missing apartment/unit numbers

Incomplete recipient information
… the customer will be required to pay a reshipment fee for the order to be re-sent.
Shipping fees from the original shipment are non-refundable.
12. Order Updates
If you need to update your address before your order ships, please contact us immediately at:
