King COVY Golf Club LLC — Refund & Return Policy

At King COVY Golf Club LLC, our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days once both purchase and delivery are completed.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

  • With all tags and protective materials intact

Items returned with signs of use, missing packaging, or damage not caused during shipment may not be eligible for refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom putters or customized items (no exchanges or returns)

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Damaged products caused by misuse or wear


Return Costs & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All eligible refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and issued to your original payment method only.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.


Exchanges

  • Custom putters / custom gear → No exchanges permitted.

  • Apparel items (such as hats or shirts) → Exchanges are allowed when inventory is available.

    • Customer must cover shipping for sending the original item back.

    • Replacement item ships after original is received and approved.


Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Packages

As a small business, we rely on third-party shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. King COVY Golf Club LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Damaged shipments

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays or failed deliveries by the shipping carrier

If an issue occurs during transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to assist your claim.

International Orders

At this time, King COVY Golf Club LLC only ships within the United States.
No international orders or returns are accepted.
